  2. Room Charges:
    1. Banquet Menu:
      There is No Room Charge when ordering from this menu.
      House Menu:
      There will be a $2.00 per person Room Charge when ordering from this menu.
      All menu
      items not available on Banquet size parties.
    2. Separate Checks:
      1. 19.9% gratuity added to all separate checks in Banquet Rooms.
      2. A $20.00 per person minimum is required for Banquet Rooms plus tax and gratuity.
      3. $15.00 per person room charge will be assessed to person(s) not eating in separate check party.
    3. Guarantee:
      1. 10% grace factor allowed on guaranteed head count for no-shows. $15.00 per person charge for those parties not meeting their guaranteed number of guests.
    4. Oversize/Extra Room Charge:
      1. For those needing a room larger than their dining needs ie. program, receptions, dance floor.
    5. Cancellation Information:
      1. All cancellations must be made with a person. Cancellations on Voicemail are Not Guaranteed. Remember person's name that took cancellation.
      2. Parties of 16 or more must guarantee a final number 1 week before party date.
    6. December/Christmas Rsvp:
      1. A 60 day advance signed agreement is required. 30 day cancellation of party required during Christmas. Cancellation fee will be assessed if room is not re-sold.
      2. Christmas Cancellation Fees:

        15-20 people $300.00
        20-30 people $400.00
        30-40 people $500.00
        50-60 people $650.00
        60-100 people $1100.00
        125-150 people $1500.00
        150+ people $1900.00
    7. Tennessee Ballroom:
      1. Accommodates parties of 20-260 people.
      2. Seats parties of up to 300 for receptions or cocktail party events.
    8. Taxes and Service Charges:
      1. Sales tax will be added at 9.50% and a Service Charge of 19.8% will automatically added to the final bill.
      2. A $15.00 per person fee is added for reservation numbers not met.
      3. Room Deposit
        A $250.00 room deposit is required unless you have a signed agreement and can be made by check or credit card. (strictly enforced during Christmas Season)
      4. The deposit is refundable if the party goes as planned or if the party decides to cancel before 30 days before the event. A damage fee may be also deducted from the deposit fee for the misuse of the facility including damage of wallpaper or flooring.
      5. There is a time limit on the room until 11:00 PM, after that time a $100.00 per hour charge on the room. (1-hour minimum). Breakdown time included. Parties with bar or cocktail 10:30 last call.

Hors d'oeuvres

The Peerless offers many fine homemade hors d'oeuvres for your special event. Listed are a number of selections that are popular requests; also listed are many of the Peerless' original hors d'oeuvres specialties. In addition, our fine staff can do other dishes upon your request and will be happy to quote you the price. After consulting you on your selections we can then layout the room to your specifications. Your Business is very important to us, so you can be assured that The Peerless prides itself on delicious food, outstanding service, and a custom designed ballroom facility. Furthermore, we offer flexibility on how you want things done. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to tell you about our operation.

Bar Service

Private Bar


Policies - Time limits may be placed on an "open bar" only. No dollar limits allowed. No kegs of beer allowed on the ballroom functions. State Law prohibits brown bagging in our ballrooms and restaurant.

Recommended for larger parties. There is a $275 minimum plus 1 hr bartender fee for a private bar set-up. For smaller functions, we offer open cocktail or cash cocktail with your servers.
