2. Room Charges:

a. Banquet Menu:
There is No Room Charge when ordering from this menu.
House Menu:
There will be a $2.00 per person Room Charge when ordering from this menu.
All menu items not available on Banquet size parties.

b. Separate Checks:
i. 19.9% gratuity added to all separate checks in Banquet Rooms.
ii. A $20.00 per person minimum is required for Banquet Rooms plus tax and gratuity.
iii. $15.00 per person room charge will be assessed to person(s) not eating in separate check party.

c. Guarantee:
i. 10% grace factor allowed on guaranteed head count for no-shows. $15.00 per person charge for those parties not meeting their guaranteed number of guests.

d. Oversize/Extra Room Charge:
i. For those needing a room larger than their dining needs ie. program, receptions, dance floor.

e. Cancellation Information:
i. All cancellations must be made with a person. Cancellations on Voicemail are Not Guaranteed. Remember person's name that took cancellation.
ii. Parties of 16 or more must guarantee a final number 1 week before party date.

f. December/Christmas Rsvp:
i. A 60 day advance signed agreement is required. 30 day cancellation of party required during Christmas. Cancellation fee will be assessed if room is not re-sold.

g. Tennessee Ballroom:

i. Accommodates parties of 20-260 people.

ii. Seats parties of up to 300 for receptions or cocktail party events.

h. Taxes and Service Charges:

i. Sales tax will be added at 9.50% and a Service Charge of 19.8% will automatically added to the final bill.

ii.
A $15.00 per person fee is added for reservation numbers not met.

iii. Room Deposit
A $250.00 room deposit is required unless you have a signed agreement and can be made by check or credit card. (strictly enforced during Christmas Season)

iv. The deposit is refundable if the party goes as planned or if the party decides to cancel before 30 days before the event. A damage fee may be also deducted from the deposit fee for the misuse of the facility including damage of wallpaper or flooring.

v. There is a time limit on the room until 11:00 PM, after that time a $100.00 per hour charge on the room. (1-hour minimum). Breakdown time included. Parties with bar or cocktail 10:30 last call.

e. Prices are subject to change.

f. I understand and agree to these policies, and have the authority, and I am responsible.

Cancellations: Parties are subject to a cancellation fee if cancelled within 15 days
(30 days for Christmas Parties) of planned event.

Listed are a number of selections that are popular requests; also listed are many of the Peerless' original hors d'oeuvres specialties. In addition, our fine staff can do other dishes upon your request and will be happy to quote you the price. After consulting you on your selections we can then layout the room to your specifications.
